Procurement Is Late-Stage Revenue, Not Admin

Enterprise teams often treat procurement as admin. That is a mistake. When a deal reaches security, privacy, legal, procurement, or AI-risk review, the buyer may already want the product. The question becomes whether the organization can approve it.
For AI/SaaS vendors, procurement support belongs inside the revenue desk because it affects close timing, buyer confidence, and whether the champion can keep momentum internally.
What slows approval
